What OfferBin provides

OfferBin publishes educational articles about cryptocurrencies and displays live market data, including a price tracker, a top-100 market table and a crypto and fiat converter. The site is provided for information and education only.

OfferBin does not buy, sell, exchange, hold, transfer or custody any cryptocurrency or money, does not operate trading accounts, and does not provide brokerage, investment management or financial advisory services.

No financial advice

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Chart patterns, indicators and examples in our guides are illustrations of how traders analyse markets, not predictions. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Market data and the converter

Prices, market capitalisation, volume, percentage changes, charts and exchange rates are supplied by third parties, principally CoinGecko, and are shown “as is”. Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and can differ from the price on any particular exchange. Converter results are indicative and exclude fees, spreads and slippage. Always confirm the live price on the platform you use before making a transaction.

Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the site. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the site, and any crypto activity you undertake, is legal where you live.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-download content or data, or use the site’s tools to build a competing service;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
• post comments that are spam, promotional, misleading, abusive, or that impersonate OfferBin or anyone else;
• use OfferBin’s name, logo or content to promote a token, investment scheme or service.

Content and intellectual property

Articles, guides, diagrams, design and code on the site belong to OfferBin or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may read, share links to and quote short extracts from our content, provided you credit OfferBin with a link to the original page. You may not republish full articles, sell our content, or present it as your own without written permission.

Market data remains the property of its providers and is subject to their terms.

Comments and messages you send

If you post a comment or send us feedback, you grant OfferBin a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit for length or clarity, and use it in connection with the site. You are responsible for what you post. We may moderate, edit or remove any comment at our discretion.

Third-party links and services

The site links to and loads data from third-party websites and services, including exchanges, projects and data providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. A link is not an endorsement. If we ever use affiliate links or publish sponsored content, it will be clearly labelled.

The site and all content, data and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OfferBin and its team will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, its content, data or tools, including trading or investment losses, loss of profits, loss of data or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify OfferBin against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Changes to the site and these terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and may update these terms. The “last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where OfferBin is operated. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
